PLAN - INSTALL INTEGRATED SOFTWARE IN THREE MONTHS
PBM supplier (DpRx) personnel will install the TeleCLAIM software from its development offices after a remote access connection is implemented. This means that the server hosting the TeleRx, TeleVista and TeleClaim system software can be accessed remotely via SSH protocol. This approach will be aided and assisted by an assigned specialist provided by the Government.
PBM supplier recommends that the inter-location access be established using a remote Linux server with open ssh software. This method is chosen because it is a secured, password-less way to access remote machines. Communications between the client machine (DpRx Office) and TeleClaim Server (Tobago side) shall be fully encrypted.
Assuming the responsible system integrator entity installs a Debian Linux platform, DpRx personnel shall provide written and verbal instruction and guidance over the internet (MSN, yahoo web cam, chat or telephone) and walk-through the installation and implementation in real-time.
It is likely that there will be conversion programming required to adapt the Country’s Citizen (Member) database and the Drug database to the NCPDP standard that TeleCLAIM uses. See more comments about database conversion in the APPENDIX Chapter #10.
